What makes Stripe & Stare products so soft?

Our collection is crafted from TENCEL™ Modal, a fiber derived from beechwood trees that is twice as soft as cotton and breathable enough for all-day comfort.

How should I care for my items?

To keep your garments in peak condition, we recommend a cool machine wash at 30°C and air drying. Avoid tumble drying to preserve the elasticity and softness of the fibers.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International delivery times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, knickers can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact and the original packaging is unopened.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes, sustainability is at our core. Our TENCEL™ Modal is CO2 neutral, and our biodegradable range is designed to fully compost back into nature at the end of its life.
