We want you to love your sustainably-sourced essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, knickers can only be returned if the protective seal remains intact and the packaging is unopened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn, unwashed items back into their original biodegradable packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene seals are attached.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized collection point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
